My hatha yoga sessions include pranayama, meditation and physical asana practice. The focus in these classes is on safe practice and transformational exploration. You will practice and learn asana through a lens of applied anatomy and alignment. Through moving the body in that way you can create a connection to yourself beyond the physical.
