Single Hatha Yoga session

My hatha yoga sessions include pranayama, meditation and physical asana practice. The focus in these classes is on safe practice and transformational exploration. You will practice and learn asana through a lens of applied anatomy and alignmentThrough moving the body in that way you can create a connection to yourself beyond the physical. The sessions are held on Tuesdays 6-7 pm (GMT+1) in English and Wednesdays 6-7 pm (GMT+1) in German.
